We will support machines that have either been supplied or approved by one of our technical engineers. This is due to the ever-changing PC specifications available.
Before embarking on a PC Maintenance Contract, The OPUS Group may specify that some alterations or upgrades take place. Such as:-
- Virus Scan
- Anti Spy-Ware
- Hardware scan (check hardware is working properly)
- Update to the operating system (if required)
